These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Greene Play Co. website and the purchase of products offered by JESH LLC, d/b/a Greene Play Co., a Massachusetts Limited Liability Company located at 220 Clarendon Street, Fitchburg, MA 01420, USA. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products and Pricing
All products are described as accurately as possible, including player count, play time, age suitability, and piece counts. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or issues identified by our fraud-prevention measures.
4. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our Fitchburg, Massachusetts location, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Games and puzzles are shipped in reinforced packaging to prevent damage in transit. Greene Play Co. is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Refund and Return Policy
Unopened games and puzzles in original factory-sealed packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, less original shipping costs. Opened games, assembled puzzles, and used accessories may only be returned if defective or materially different from their description. To initiate a return, contact stairmas@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so that we may arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Age Recommendations
Age suitability ratings on our products are recommendations based on manufacturer guidance and our own assessment. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a game or puzzle is appropriate for children in their care. Some games and accessories may contain small pieces; adult supervision is recommended for children under the age noted on product packaging.
8. Game Night Finder Disclaimer
Game Night Finder recommendations are provided for general guidance and entertainment purposes only. Recommendations are based on self-reported group type and play preferences. Individual enjoyment of games varies. Our return policy applies regardless of Game Night Finder recommendations.

All content on this website, including product descriptions, branding, and design elements, is the property of Greene Play Co. or its licensors and is protected under applicable U.S. law. Game titles are properties of their respective publishers. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.
